You'll lead a well-established commercial door business in Columbus, OH, overseeing operations, sales, and profitability for new construction, aftermarket, and service lines. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare annual budget and manage P&L responsibility.
• Recommend and implement operational process improvements.
• Hire, train, and develop staff through coaching and reviews.
• Oversee employee scheduling and resolve technical issues.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years managing personnel, projects, sales, and operational expenses.
• Experience in commercial door industry or related service provider (HVAC, construction).
• Proficient in Windows, ERP/CRM systems, and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
