You'll own a portfolio of SME customers end-to-end, acting as both relationship manager and product manager. You'll work directly with engineers and use AI tools like Claude to solve customer problems and ship solutions. This role is for a razor-sharp, entrepreneurial thinker who loves talking to customers and can't stop finding new ways to solve problems with AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own customer portfolio end-to-end: renewals, upsell, churn prevention, and relationship health.
• Use AI tools like Claude and HubSpot automations to create daily leverage.
• Translate customer problems into product requirements and ship solutions with engineering.
• Drive product adoption and build playbooks that scale across the team.

📋 Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience starting or building something.
• Exceptional intellectual horsepower and a degree from a top-tier university.
• Bilingual fluency in English plus Spanish, French, German, or Italian.
• High energy and self-direction, thriving in high-performance environments like consulting or startups.
