💼 About This Role

You'll lead multi-agent AI programs ensuring seamless integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA landscapes. You'll act as the critical bridge between customer SAP teams and Tessera's AI engineering organization, translating technical constraints into implementation plans.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-agent AI modernization programs with SAP integration.
• Lead discovery workshops mapping SAP landscapes to Tessera's AI capabilities.
• Manage Agile delivery within enterprise change management constraints.
• Serve as primary technical operations contact during onboarding and implementation.

📋 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience managing technical delivery of SAP projects (ECC, S/4HANA).
• Proven experience in technical program management within enterprise environments.
• Ability to read and explain SAP technical concepts to engineering and business stakeholders.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery orchestration.

• System Integrator or consulting background (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte).
• Experience delivering programs involving AI/ML.
• Familiarity with integrating SAP with other enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Workday, etc.).
