Your core impact is making AI agents first-class participants in the software development lifecycle so non-engineers can ship production code. This high-leverage role has no traditional org-chart analog.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect codebases for AI agent effectiveness
• Build AI-native development platform and CI/CD pipelines
• Productionize AI-generated prototypes into shipped features
• Drive adoption across engineering teams through playbooks and sessions

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with platform/infra work
• Demonstrated experience architecting extensible and maintainable systems
• Track record of driving cross-team technical initiatives
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks like LangChain or Claude Agent SDK
