💼 About This Role

You'll support the full employee lifecycle at a fast-scaling European insurtech, from hiring to onboarding and culture operations. You'll help build high-performance People foundations while working closely with the Talent Lead and VP People. This role offers a unique chance to learn how a People function is built from scratch in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support hiring operations: scheduling, candidate communication, ATS hygiene.
• Prepare contracts, documentation, and ensure compliance accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure new joiners are set up for success.
• Support People operations including offboarding, HR systems, and payroll inputs.

📋 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in HR, operations, or a structured environment.
• Highly organized and reliable.
• Communicate clearly and confidently.
• Comfortable working in-person and collaborating with stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ATS or HR systems.
• Interest in growing into a People Partner or Talent Operations career path.
• Dutch language skills (preferred but not required).
