You'll shape how Preply's product resonates across languages and cultures, leading a team of 3+ Localization PMs. Your core impact is building a scalable localization ecosystem that supports global growth while embedding localization into content development cycles. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the end-to-end localization operating model
• Define and report on success metrics across speed, cost, and scalability
• Directly manage 3+ Localization Project Managers
• Oversee timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of localization experience with senior-level project management
• 2+ years of people management experience with direct reports
• Proven track record of scaling localization operations in fast-growing tech environments
• Experience leading vendor strategy and external partnerships

• Experience driving AI adoption or automation initiatives in localization
• Familiarity with CAT tools and workflow platforms
