💼 About This Role

You'll join the cultivation team to maintain plant health through daily care including watering, pruning, and harvesting. Your work ensures high-quality cannabis production in a fast-paced greenhouse environment. This role offers hands-on experience in a leading cannabis company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Water, prune, top, and trim plants per company policy
• Move plants between cultivation areas efficiently
• Transplant smaller plants into larger pots
• Harvest and buck wet or dry plants

📋 Requirements

• Two years experience in general production for human consumption
• Effective time-management and multitasking skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying climates
• Must be 21 years or older
