You'll oversee fund-level and property-level accounting for a leading real estate investment firm, managing assets from acquisition through disposition. Your core impact will be ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance for institutional clients. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Review transaction documents and lead onboarding calls with partners
• Oversee monthly financial reviews including income statements and rent rolls
• Coordinate quarterly net asset value calculations and investor distributions
• Support annual audits and tax return preparation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA certification required
• 8-10 years of public accounting or real estate experience
• Strong knowledge of real estate accounting and reporting

• MRI software experience
