💼 About This Role

You'll join Glossier's Brooklyn store team as an Editor, creating exceptional in-store experiences through product presentation and customer engagement. You'll help customers discover and deepen their connection with the brand while supporting both front and back-of-house operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead inclusive product demonstrations and recommendations following Selling Ceremony
• Build relationships with customers through consistent clienteling efforts
• Restock and replenish inventory per business standards
• Receive and inspect shipment receipts for accuracy

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills for engaging customer interactions
• Availability for flexible schedule including weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods
