💼 About This Role

You'll operate and maintain satellite ground stations and associated communications facilities for NATO's Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). Your work ensures secure, reliable satellite communications supporting mission-critical operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and perform unit/field level maintenance on satellite ground stations
• Maintain station logs and ensure proper outage reporting
• Activate circuits per work orders and maintain data networks
• Participate in on-the-job training programs

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in satellite ground terminal operation or maintenance
• In-depth knowledge of digital techniques and modern communications systems
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with tact and diplomacy
• Experience with antenna subsystems, transmit/receive chains, and MODEMs

✨ Nice to Have

• TCP/IP fundamentals and video transmission principles
• Experience in international environment with military and civilian elements
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization
