You'll facilitate CBI Life Skills and Family Relations classes for incarcerated individuals using evidence-based curriculum. Your impact includes evaluating participant progress and collaborating with correctional staff. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate CBI Life Skills and/or Family Relations classes using standardized curriculum.
• Conduct individual sessions to develop action plans and provide make-up work.
• Evaluate and document participant progress and maintain records in ARMS.
• Engage participants daily, reinforcing group norms and expectations.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification by CalMHSA as a Peer Navigator
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

• Experience working in correctional settings
• Knowledge of evidence-based curricula
