💼 About This Role

You'll own the design, implementation, and operation of IAM systems for Valon's workforce and customer-facing authentication. You'll serve as the connector between IT, Engineering, and Security, ensuring every identity is governed consistently and securely. This role offers the chance to build AI-assisted identity workflows in a high-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and support end-to-end lifecycle of workforce identity systems
• Manage IdP including SSO integrations, MFA policies, and conditional access
• Define and enforce RBAC and group-based access policies
• Support privileged access management (PAM) for internal infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in security engineering with IAM focus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related
• Enterprise IdP experience (Okta, Entra ID, or Google Workspace)
• Deep understanding of SAML, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, SCIM

• Experience with AI/LLM-powered workflows
• Familiarity with non-human and agentic identities
