Your team powers core workflows by ensuring accurate, timely data synchronization across financial systems, processing over 300 billion events daily. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop strong relationships with Product, UX, QA, and partner Engineering teams.
• Manage and mentor direct reports with clear expectations and career support.
• Uphold high standards of quality, reliability, and data integrity in integrations.
• Drive delivery of integration features managing scope, timelines, and dependencies.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent combination.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Strong technical skills in designing and scaling microservice architectures.
• Ability to effectively contribute code within the tech stack.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
