💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with customers to turn ambiguous problems into production software using Kotlin, React/TypeScript, and AWS. You'll have full autonomy to take ideas from concept to deployment, collaborating with the CTO and engineering team. This is a rare opportunity to build cutting-edge software in a traditional industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with customers to understand workflows and identify opportunities
• Build and iterate on production software to improve operations
• Write backend in Kotlin and frontend in React/TypeScript
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure on AWS

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a software engineer
• 2+ years with React/TypeScript and an OOP language (Java, Scala, Kotlin, C#, C++)
• Proven experience building and shipping software with cross-functional teams
• 1+ years contributing to system design or architecture

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience as a Forward Deployed Software Engineer
• Experience with AWS and Docker
• Familiarity with LLM-based agents
