You'll build the tooling and infrastructure that powers Chime's AI-powered financial assistant, developing eval frameworks and guardrail systems to ensure reliability. You'll work across the stack on model routing and evaluation pipelines, directly enabling the team to ship new capabilities with confidence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and scale backend implementations of the in-app agent
• Lead tooling solutions for safe rollouts of new features
• Improve system reliability through performance tuning
• Contribute to technical design and code quality

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend software development in production
• Agent engineering experience
• Python or comparable frameworks proficiency
• Experience with transactional databases (e.g., Postgres)
