Requirements
- 4+ years in Senior Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting
- Solid priority management and high emotional intelligence for enterprise accounts
- Adept at solving complex problems and communicating with executive stakeholders
- Proven ability to build success plans and achieve measurable outcomes
Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops to understand customer business and recommend Samsara platform usage
- Own executive-level customer strategy by leading data-driven business reviews
- Drive adoption, expansion, and long-term partnership across complex enterprise organizations
- Deeply understand Samsara platform capabilities and explain them to various industries
- Champion Samsara's cultural principles
