Description

You will own parts of end-to-end manufacturing KPI tracking, enhance transparency, and generate actionable reports to support strategic and tactical decision-making. You'll support increasing efficiencies throughout end-to-end processes, focusing on introducing scale and resiliency into our growing people and tools footprint.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, business, or related field
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing environment with focus on data analysis, program support, or process improvement
• Strong analytical aptitude and data-model thinking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control

Responsibilities

• Support program managers and manufacturing leadership in preparation and management of technical and business forums
• Provide structure to ambiguity and drive manufacturing engineering stakeholders towards decisions on tactical and strategic issues
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Develop understanding of ERP, MRP, PLM systems and leverage data to equip manufacturing engineering teams with insights
• Analyze best practices and standardize procedures across teams
