You'll serve as the communication focal point between development/delivery teams and clients in our AWS Partner Practice. You'll manage project budgets, schedule stand-ups, and provide technical guidance on AWS best practices, ensuring successful delivery for Fortune 500 clients.

• Assist in documenting contact center process design

📋 Requirements

• Knowledge of the contact center industry
• Experience managing complex technology projects in large organizations
• AWS ecosystem knowledge (AWS Certifications preferred)
• Thorough knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum

• AWS Connect experience
• Certified Scrum Master or SAFe certification
