Description

You will ensure operational stability, scalability, and performance of Mesa de Control by owning KPIs, resource prioritization, process governance, and cross-functional execution. You will drive continuous improvement and translate regulatory and product requirements into operational plans.

Requirements

• 6+ years in operations, process management, or operational excellence roles
• Experience leading teams or operational leads
• Strong operational KPI ownership and data-driven mindset
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Experience managing performance across multiple streams/shifts

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Mesa de Control operational KPIs (SLA, backlog, rework, error rate, productivity, turnaround time)
• Ensure monthly delivery targets met across teams/shifts
• Monitor and mitigate operational risks impacting service levels or regulatory exposure
• Define and standardize operational procedures and documentation frameworks
• Lead operational improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
