💼 About This Role

You'll lead detection engineering for Fluidstack's IT surface, setting standards for an engineering-led, agent-first security program. Your work will protect critical AI infrastructure from sophisticated adversaries while developing novel agentic detection tooling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead detection engineering for IT surface including cross-domain bridges.
• Author and tune production detections as code with CI/CD and metrics.
• Apply AI and ML for behavioral analytics and anomaly detection.
• Develop agentic tooling using LLMs for triage and response.
• Set engineering standards, coverage methodology, and quality metrics.

📋 Requirements

• Detection engineering experience at scale in complex environments.
• Fluency across coding and querying languages handling massive security data.
• Experience writing sophisticated detection logic from diverse telemetry.
• Proven ability to handle security incidents and investigate anomalies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or operating agentic detection tooling using LLMs.
• Background in detection at GPU compute, HPC, or hyperscale infrastructure.
