💼 About This Role

You'll ensure smooth school nutrition programs and support student supervision at KIPP Scholars Academy. You'll manage daily lunch setups and recess activities in a part-time role. This position operates only during the academic year with July off.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up arrival/dismissal procedures daily
• Distribute meals to students following required protocols
• Set up and take down play equipment and materials
• Supervise students during recess and resolve conflicts

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage large groups of young children patiently
• Commitment to KIPP SoCal values and integrity

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluency in Spanish
• Previous experience in school operations
