Description

You will design, build, and maintain security solutions for SpaceX's systems, networks, and data, focusing on authentication, identity management, network security, and application security controls. You'll partner with teams across the company to identify vulnerabilities and drive remediation, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, STEM, or 2+ years of security software development experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Python, GO, C#, or Rust.
• Experience designing and implementing security solutions for operating systems, distributed systems, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Linux, Windows, and Mac internals.
• Knowledge of PKI, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and network protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain security technology solutions for authentication, identity lifecycle, network security, and application security controls.
• Build and maintain scripts and automation to support information security across the enterprise.
• Serve as subject matter expert for security solutions, maintaining documentation and advising on operation.
• Work with security and IT teams to identify threats and strengthen tools and technologies.
• Create scalable, repeatable, and secure solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
