As an Account Development Representative at Hebbia, you'll identify and engage high-potential prospects, generate pipeline, and partner with Account Executives to drive enterprise adoption of our AI platform, Matrix. You'll focus on prospecting, qualification calls, and developing core sales skills in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Sales Development experience
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university
  • Team-centric mindset and collaborative work ethic
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication and opportunity identification skills

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities
  • Partner with Account Executives to source net new pipeline and research personas
  • Identify key decision makers within enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Run qualification calls with potential clients
  • Develop sales skills: discovery calls, cold calling, objection handling, and time management
