Description

You will work within the product management team to support the development of a next-generation end-user front-to-risk application for financial markets, focusing on Market Risk capabilities. You'll translate complex market risk methodologies into intuitive workflows and own the definition of user-centric requirements in JIRA.

Requirements

• Hands-on Product Specialist with Business Analysis skills
• Ability to translate complex market risk methodologies (VaR, SVaR, stress testing, sensitivities) into user-friendly workflows
• Experience collaborating with UX/Design to define screen layouts and interaction patterns
• Proficiency with JIRA for requirements management
• Knowledge of financial markets and market risk concepts

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and maintain product roadmap for end-user front-to-risk platform with focus on Market Risk workflows and usability
• Act as liaison between Market Risk teams, Product Management, UX/Design, and Development
• Define user-centric requirements for Market Risk features, producing user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria in JIRA
• Own end-to-end requirements lifecycle in JIRA including epic/story creation, backlog grooming, and prioritization
• Ensure clear functional test cases for Market Risk features to validate expected behavior
