💼 About This Role

You'll own the observability stack end-to-end, from instrumentation standards to dashboards and alerts. You'll work closely with infrastructure, platform, and application teams to ensure nothing important fails silently. This role is for someone who treats Grafana dashboards as first-class products and believes bad alerts are worse than no alerts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the observability platform with Grafana and Prometheus
• Design and maintain high-quality metrics pipelines
• Create actionable Grafana dashboards that tell a story
• Define and maintain low-noise alerts and SLO-based alerting

📋 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Grafana and Prometheus
• Deep understanding of metrics-based observability
• Experience designing monitoring and alerting systems at scale
• Experience with distributed systems and Kubernetes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenTelemetry
• Familiarity with logs and traces (Loki, Tempo, Jaeger)
• Kubernetes observability experience
