Responsibilities

• Assess customer machine infrastructure and prepare equipment for installation
• Guide customers through installation and perform initial configuration and data check
• Troubleshoot installation issues to determine root cause of inaccurate readings or poor signal
• Configure users, implement best practices, and audit thresholds ongoing
• Build and improve documentation for installation, troubleshooting, and best practices
