💼 About This Role

You'll assist the site leader in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring order accuracy and fast delivery. You'll deploy baristas and delegate tasks to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for customers. This role is a core part of the team with responsibility for shift performance and modeling both Starbucks and Gopuff standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute store operations during scheduled shifts
• Organize opening and closing duties as assigned
• Assist with new employee training and provide coaching
• Maintain quality beverages and food products consistently

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant
• Ability to work with fluid schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

✨ Nice to Have

• 1 year of leadership in a cafe is preferred
• ServeSafe Certification highly preferred
• Starbucks or other fast-paced cafe experience preferred
