Join ASM to support advanced semiconductor equipment at a customer site in Phoenix, AZ. You'll lead complex troubleshooting, mentor engineers, and help customers achieve stable fabrication environments. This role requires 75% travel and impacts tool reliability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in field service or semiconductor equipment
• Ability to travel 75% domestically and internationally
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• No visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair ASM semiconductor equipment
• Lead troubleshooting of complex tool or process issues
• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Review tool-performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job coaching to less-experienced engineers
