💼 About This Role

You'll design and lead applied research for inventor-led experiments in Woven City, working directly with inventors to plan and execute user research for PoCs across domains like VR, robotics, and mobility. You'll provide data-driven direction and consultation to stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of mobility in a real city test course.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research for inventor-led PoCs
• Plan and execute user studies using VR, biometrics, surveys, and interviews
• Analyze research data and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Manage end-to-end research activities and stakeholder alignment

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UX Research or related research role
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Factors, HCI, or related field
• Experience in a client-facing research role (agency or consulting)
• Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N1 or above)

• Experience with emerging technologies like XR, robotics, mobility
• Familiarity with biometric research methods (eye tracking, HRV, GSR)
• Experience with advanced research tools (Databricks, Python, R, Qualtrics)
