• Own end-to-end interview scheduling with fast pivots
• Maintain ATS integrity and structured feedback workflows
• Drive debrief operations and ensure timely decisions
• Build automation to reduce manual recruiting tasks

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination and TA operations
• Owned complex interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders
• Supported Engineering hiring
• Consistently uses AI tools and automation to augment workflow
