You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and work toward sales targets.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product using store equipment.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
