Description

You will drive the quality, adoption, and scalability of our visual language across consumer and merchant products. As part of a small team of systems thinkers, you'll take ownership of core component libraries, ensure visual refinement, partner with engineering, create clear documentation, support adoption, manage design tokens, and champion accessibility.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio in Design Systems
• Expertise in Figma workflows (Auto-layout, Components, Variants, Properties)
• Ability to synthesize inconsistencies into clean, reusable patterns
• Strong technical literacy in HTML/CSS/React/Mobile for developer communication
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, layout, and hierarchy

Responsibilities

• Drive design, specification, and maintenance of complex UI components
• Ensure visual quality and accessibility of all components
• Partner with engineering to translate design intent into code and define component APIs
• Create clear documentation with usage guidelines and do's and don'ts
• Support product squads by unblocking designers, reviewing usage, and gathering feedback
