Description
You will own and evolve Agoda's ML/LLM Ops platforms, working at the intersection of platform engineering and applied AI to enable fast, scalable, and increasingly autonomous AI application development. Your goal is to reduce friction and improve deployment velocity while balancing experimentation with governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years in ML engineering, data science, or platform engineering
- 2+ years of technical product or program management in high-scale environments
- Strong understanding of ML systems and model lifecycle management
- Familiarity with LLM application patterns (RAG, fine-tuning, prompt management, evaluation frameworks)
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve product vision and roadmap for ML/LLM Ops platforms
- Gather requirements from ML engineers, data scientists, and AI application teams
- Drive platform evolution for AI-native development workflows and coding agents
- Own features end-to-end: concept, specification, prioritization, and post-launch analysis
- Drive adoption through documentation, training, and internal evangelism
