Description

You will own end-to-end delivery of ML and LLM-powered services, from problem framing and experimentation to production deployment and operations. You'll work with top enterprises to build AI agents that reason over business logic, using Python, NLP, and cloud infrastructure to ship high-quality features fast.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience shipping ML-based solutions with strong Python skills
• Proven experience owning research problems end-to-end from data analysis to production delivery
• Practical NLP/LLM experience: transformers, embeddings, prompt design, evaluation
• Strong backend fundamentals: RESTful services, schema design, data modeling, SQL/NoSQL tuning
• Data processing skills: pandas/NumPy; ETL orchestration (e.g., Airflow, Step Functions)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of ML-powered services: ideate, research, prototype, productionize, and operate
• Build robust training/evaluation pipelines: dataset curation, labeling/feedback loops, experiment tracking, A/B testing
• Transform ML models and LLM workflows (including RAG) into reusable, versioned, observable production services with CI/CD
• Collaborate with Product Owners to shape product requirements
• Conduct and receive code reviews; champion engineering excellence, testing, and documentation
