You'll design and improve CI systems and developer workflow tooling to maximize compiler team productivity. You'll optimize large-scale test execution across clusters for model performance. This role focuses on building stable, efficient, and self-healing CI orchestration systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize CI system pipeline execution and resource usage.
• Analyze CI failures and build self-healing mechanisms for auto-detection and recovery.
• Develop internal tooling like diagnostics dashboards to boost developer productivity.
• Analyze bottlenecks in CI latency, cost, resource utilization, and development workflow.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python for development.
• Experience designing or improving CI/CD systems or developer tooling.
• Understanding of Kubernetes or container-based environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes-native CI like Tekton.
• Experience with Elixir, Rust, or Go.
• Experience with build systems, test infrastructure, or distributed workflows.
