💼 About This Role

You'll provide venipuncture services and clinical support for a Senior Health patient population at One Medical, now part of Amazon. You'll ensure high-quality specimen collection and processing while delivering human-centered care. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection
• Assist with EKGs, vitals, ear lavages, and vaccines
• Maintain lab inventory and tool sterilization
• Handle patient messages and follow up on lab cases

📋 Requirements

• 6+ months of Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer technology and multiple software systems
• Proven ability to display confidence and instill trust during collection

✨ Nice to Have

• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Experience with extended scope care (EKGs, vaccines, etc.) preferred
• Experience with remote teams a plus
