Description

As a Linux Administrator SME, you will support mission-critical environments in a Centralized SuperComputing Facility, troubleshooting deep system issues, automating administration, and strengthening secure platform operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AIS, or related field
10+ years of relevant experience
5+ years developing or supporting system software in heterogeneous environments
Strong scripting in Bourne/Bash and Expect
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and harden Linux systems for HPC and mission-focused programs
Troubleshoot OS and kernel-level issues using source code analysis and diagnostic tools
Manage patching, repository administration, and custom kernel builds
Automate system configuration and maintenance with Ansible and Satellite Server
Support identity and access management services including LDAP and token-based authentication
