Description

You will drive cross-functional technology initiatives that support Sales, Marketing, and deal strategy, with a focus on high-impact GTM and AI programs. You'll partner with leaders to enable revenue growth, improve productivity, and accelerate deal execution through scalable, data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading complex cross-functional technical programs in PMO or engineering
• 3+ years IT or engineering background
• Proven experience managing large technology-enabled GTM programs
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms and Lead-to-Quote processes
• Ability to partner with product managers and engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Proactively keep stakeholders informed and communicate risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations
• Create concise briefs and presentations for effective decision-making
• Track workstreams, manage dependencies, and drive tasks to closure
• Lead planning and execution of large cross-functional programs including pilots and go-live
• Develop strategic approach to technical program management balancing agility and process
