💼 About This Role

You'll ensure Stripe's offices are utilized efficiently by implementing space programs and optimizing usage across global facilities. You'll engage with stakeholders to refine processes and enhance tools for effective workspace management. This role is key to scaling Stripe's future workspaces while maintaining efficient space utilization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate floor plan documentation across the portfolio
• Create architectural test fits, stack plans, block plans, and phasing plans
• Manage CAFM system and develop occupancy analysis reports
• Develop space planning strategies and conduct office inspections

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in architecture, interior design, or space planning
• Proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings
• Working knowledge of CAFM systems (e.g., SpaceIQ, Archibus)
• Experience with internal moves and office relocations

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in generating seat supply and demand reports
• Ability to translate data into business rationale for design changes
• Experience managing contracts and vendors
