🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach school leaders on STEM instructional practices
• Ensure fidelity of STEM curriculum implementation
• Monitor student achievement data to guide support
• Design and facilitate professional development

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional leadership
• 3 years of lead teaching in core content area (K-5 math/science preferred)
• 1 year coaching adults in school-based role
• Proficiency with Google Workspace

• Master's degree in Education or related field
• Experience with high-quality STEM programs
• Experience supervising staff
