You'll partner with business leaders to recruit and scale Sales Development teams across EMEA, using creative sourcing strategies to find top talent. You'll own the full-cycle recruiting process and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role is an extension of the sales team, working closely with executives to drive hiring success.

  • 1-2+ years of sales recruiting experience
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies
  • Experience scaling SDR teams
  • Excellent sourcing skills with various tools

  • Background in outbound sales development
  • Experience with Challenger, Sandler, or SPIN sales methodologies
  • Strong focus on candidate experience
