💼 About This Role

You'll play a central role in building and operating FINN's first physical station, where customers pick up and return their car subscription vehicles. You'll shape the customer journey and work hands-on in daily operations with a highly motivated team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and maintain an inviting FINN station for customer visits
• Conduct smooth and professional vehicle handovers
• Create process documentation and KPI dashboards
• Build and manage customer feedback loops to improve the experience

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled student able to work up to 603€ per month
• Valid driver's license class B (car)
• German C2 proficiency
• English B2 proficiency
