Description
In this role, you'll manage relationships with global Payment and FinTech partners, negotiate contracts, and contribute to developing B2C and B2B financial products with a focus on cross-border payments. You'll collaborate with engineering and product teams to build risk management systems and define scalable workflows, directly impacting Agoda's growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in Tech, Payments/Fintech, or Consulting (Big4 or MBB preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Manage partner relationships, negotiate commercials and contracts
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop risk management systems
- Define and implement workflows, policies, and procedures with a focus on automation and scalability
- Stay informed on market trends, liquidity, and volatility to inform business decisions
- Support other Pay-in, Pay-out, or fintech/payment innovation initiatives
