You'll build evaluation-first AI infrastructure at ellamind, developing scalable APIs and intuitive interfaces that make LLM testing rigorous and repeatable. Your work will help teams ship reliable AI with confidence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop scalable Django Ninja APIs and Next.js/React interfaces
• Design experiment management for user inputs and multi-provider runs
• Create analytics dashboards for result summaries and regression tracking
• Own async task processing, query optimization, and containerized deployments

📋 Requirements

• Strong Python skills (Django-based backend and SDK work)
• Solid API design, data modeling, and testing fundamentals
• Comfort with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD workflows
• On-site collaboration ≥3 days/week in Berlin; travel to Bremen for onboarding

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on LLM apps, evaluation frameworks, or prompt/versioning workflows
• Experience with data-heavy dashboards and Celery
• German language skills
