💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the Services Delivery organization to own data strategy and analytical frameworks, ensuring metrics are accurate and accessible across dashboards and AI agents. You'll translate complex business rules into AI-friendly data models and drive self-service analytics. This role requires in-person attendance at least 3 days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop Gold Standard analytical data models via dbt for Services Delivery
• Implement business rules into AI-friendly data models for predictive tools
• Architect data infrastructure for dashboards, Streamlit apps, Slack bots, and AI agents
• Enable business users to query data using AI-driven natural language interfaces

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Analytics/BI within large-cap tech or high-growth SaaS
• Expert-level SQL and hands-on dbt proficiency for production data modeling
• Deep familiarity with Professional Services or Consulting operations and CRM/PSA ecosystem
• Proven ability to translate complex technical architectures into narratives for non-technical stakeholders
