Description

As a QA Automation Lead at Orion Innovation, you will lead automation strategies for web, mobile, and microservices-based applications, designing scalable frameworks, integrating quality into CI/CD pipelines, and driving a shift-left and shift-right Quality Engineering approach. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation with business goals, reduce regression times, and enable reliable continuous delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience leading QA automation in complex tech environments
• Advanced English proficiency
• Expertise in designing scalable automation architectures for web, mobile, and microservices
• Strong background in CI/CD integration and quality gates
• Experience with shift-left/shift-right testing and observability

Responsibilities

• Define global automation strategy (E2E, API, integration, regression)
• Identify and prioritize automatable flows based on risk and business value
• Govern automation standards, code conventions, and best practices
• Plan automation roadmaps aligned to product and organizational goals
• Manage stakeholders and support Go/No-Go decisions with metric-based evidence
