You'll own Sully's EHR integration layer and build the team that connects our AI to clinical systems. Your work directly unlocks revenue and clinical impact by making integrations a competitive moat.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship production EHR connectors for Athena, Epic, Cerner, and others
• Define integration reliability standards with error budgets and SLAs
• Lead on-call rotation and incident response for integration failures
• Build and mentor a team of integration and reliability engineers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building production integration systems with REST, gRPC, or message buses
• Experience leading engineering teams and hiring top talent
• Healthcare EHR integration experience (Epic, Athena, Cerner) or deep enterprise API experience
• HIPAA compliance knowledge and ability to conduct security reviews

✨ Nice to Have

• FHIR/HL7 standards experience
• Cloud platform fluency (GCP, AWS, or Azure) with CI/CD pipelines
