• Architect scalable production systems for audiobook and translation workflows
• Define and monitor production benchmarks like cost per finished hour
• Deliver a portfolio of audiobook productions while improving efficiency
• Design end-to-end workflows for long-form translations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in audio production or multimedia operations
• Experience with audio production workflows (editing, mixing, mastering)
• Working knowledge of synthetic or AI-generated audio systems (e.g., ElevenLabs)
• Ability to communicate across creative, operational, and technical stakeholders
