Description

You will lead a team of applied researchers and creative technologists to build customized, brand-compliant workflows that bridge frontier AI research and enterprise-scale production. Your team will design scalable solutions deploying AI/ML models across industries, and you'll partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive business growth.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience managing technical teams
• Proven experience within creative agencies or system integrators (e.g., Accenture Song, Code and Theory, BCG X)
• ML background with deep expertise in frontier models (Image, Video, Audio)
• Expert-level experience in ComfyUI and building automated creative workflows
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for clients and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor a team of creative technologists, fostering innovation and continuous learning
• Own data processing, fine-tuning, evaluation strategies, and reinforcement learning for decision quality
• Serve as technical expert for problem-solving and establish processes for version control, CI/CD, agile releases
• Drive productivity by creating user-friendly workflows (e.g., ComfyUI) integrated into core product
• Partner with Sales to address customer challenges and develop revenue models for technology deployment
