Description

You will drive customer success by maximizing Anaplan platform adoption, enhancing user enablement, and reducing churn. As a strategic technical advisor, you'll help clients unlock full value, support renewals, and champion continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years in customer success, consulting, or professional services with software adoption track record
• 3-5+ years hands-on Anaplan model-building experience
• Master Anaplanner certification preferred
• Strong understanding of complex planning functions and platform capabilities
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate platform updates and educate customers on new features
• Partner with CS Business Partners to design tailored re-engagement strategies for at-risk accounts
• Deliver product demonstrations, hands-on training, and enablement sessions
• Develop scalable adoption resources such as guides, tutorials, and FAQs
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to improve adoption strategies and influence product enhancements
